From Cannery Row to Rainbow Street.
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.™ started on Cannery Row in 1996 — a Forrest Gump-inspired seafood joint named after Bubba and watched over by our shrimp mascot, Louie. One quote, one shrimp boat, and 38 restaurants across five continents later, the family is washing ashore in Sandgate, Brisbane.
